Returns and Refund policy for CAMP Europe Ltd


You have 30 calenda days to return an item from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  [If your item arrives damaged in transit please email on the day of receipt with details and a photograph showing the damage.  The response will advise you what to do next.]

Your item must be well packed with an explanation inside also stating the payment method used.

Once we receive your item we will notify you that it has arrived.  After inspecting the item we will notify you on the status of your return / refund.  You will receive the refund a few days later, depending on your card issuer's policy.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the mistake was ours.  If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery - E S Hartley Leisure Spares will dispatch your item within 1-3 working days, if a part purchased is out of stock you will be notified of the delay whilst we reorder.

Returns Policy 

We understand that you may need to return an item to us. E S Hartley Leisure Spares offer a quick and easy returns process. Please be aware we can't process any return or exchange if you have not provided your invoice number. SOME CASES POSTAGE COSTS CANNOT BE REFUNDED

Refund Policy 

All parts have a 28 day refund policy providing we have been notified before the item is sent back to us. All goods returned must be in new condition without any damages unless stated otherwise and must be fit for resale. Goods returned must be sent signed for and insured by you against loss or damage.

Damages, shortages & incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of you receiving order, otherwise no claim will be considered by us or the carrier.

Special/bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once ordered, as these parts are being made to order and have to be paid for.

It is your responsibility to check the delivery has not been damaged in transit. If it is damaged please refuse delivery or make sure it is noted on confirmation of delivery before you sign. Please notify us within 48 hours or your claim will not be valid.
