All our boat trailers are:-
- Super adjustable to ensure a precise fit. A properly adjusted trailer will allow you to tow safely and offer your boat maximum protection from the rigours of road transport.
- Fitted with torsion beam axles and sealed for life bearings. On balance they are 5 times better than traditional taper roller bearings.
- Utilise stainless steel brake cables. Again, giving superior performance and reduced maintenance.
- Come complete with snubber post, heavy-duty winch and full lighting.
We specialise in producing trailers for sports boats (and other small boats) up to 2800kgs in weight but have equal knowledge of the keel boat (and other big boats) market and provide a custom built option for these customers. Indeed for boats over 2800kgs we provide a specialist advisory service and offer one to one consultation on the best options for your boat trailer.

Tried, tested and proven over the years an Easy Loader trailer is designed with your boat in mind.
• Quality galvanised axles give a smooth ride for excellent towing characteristics and optimum safety, with EEC approved brakes and hubs.
Nylon bushed, polyeurethane rubber ribbed rollers provide cushioned support without marking your hull. The nylon bushing ensures that the rollers actually roll and will not elongate like cheaper, rubber equivalents.

| BILGE KEEL |
|
The most common modern cruiser has two bilge keels and no centre keel and will balance perfectly well on its keels. Our basic trailer is designed for this kind of boat with maximum width of keels being 5’0”. For boats with keels over this width we can supply our low loader four and six wheel models to take keel widths up to 7’6”. Centre keel support channels are available at extra cost. Trailers over 3500kgs gross are fitted with eye hitches and standard brakes. However, power brtakes must be fitted to comply with legal requirements on these trailers. These can be air or vacuum operated and are offered as extra.

Lightweight dinghy trailers fitted with flexitor bonded rubber suspension units and rubber torsion axles providing a progressively damped suspension necessary for the safe transport of small boats from 150kg to 600kg. Winch post or mast support fitted as standard. Unless specified winch post is supplied as standard. All trailers are galvanised throughout, all fastenings are zinc plated and should be covered with grease when used in saltwater. Bearings should be checked and repacked immediately after immersion to be sure of continued reliability.

Highly manoeuvrable swivel castor Dollies for moving all types of boats in showrooms and hard standing.
We make the following standard sizes but can make any size and capacity to order. Standard Dollies are supplied with hot dip galvanised steelwork, 4 swivel castors and 2 fore and aft 4” wide self adjustable swivel bunks to accommodate hulls with up to 25º dead rise. 4” castors are only suitable for showrooms or smooth surfaces.

| IDENTIFICATION |
|
Identification
The unique serial number of
your trailer can be found on the
ID Plate at the front nearside of
the A-Frame
The ID Plate displays the trailer
model, Serial Number, Capacity
and Gross Vehicle Weight
(GVW). Please ensure the ID
Plate is kept in a legible
condition. It is often the only means of identification and will make ordering spares,
accessories or replacement parts easier. Also ensure that you have filled in the relevant
information on the cover of this manual and refer to it when contacting us about your trailer.
 • AL-KO axles are identified by the oval plate fitted
on the rear of each axle. On UK production this
is green in colour. The data on this plate
is vital should information about the system be
required.
• The top line indicates the type of axles, the
customer (using the NCC code), the year and
month of manufacture.
• The middle line, pre-fixed “LE” is the “Works
Order” number, this is most important. On the
other side of the securing pop rivet are the
individual axle number and the quantity (i.e. 6 of
36).
• The third line is the maximum capacity of the axle
and MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED. The “E” after
this weight indicator stands for “Euro Axle”.
• The fourth line confirms that the axle was
designed for speeds in excess of 25km/h.
German manufactured axles use a prefix “A” and
“Achslast” (capacity) on rectangular plates.
1.4 Capacities
The vehicle weight must not exceed the maximum permissible weight. On
tandem axle sets the correct capacity is NOT double that indicated on the
axle (i.e. 2x750kgs = 1500kgs). Because of weight transference as axle
transverse uneven ground the capacity of each axle is reduced by 100kgs to
allow for the excess that may be loaded on one axle at a time. Therefore a
tandem set of 2x750kg has a MAXIMUM CAPACITY of 1300kg NOT 1500kg.
THIS RULE MUST BE OBSERVED.
Never remove the axle identification plate from the axle tube.
